Human Institutional Development
With the valued support of PPAF, Baanhn Beli works to identify and then develop the vast potential in human resources found among communities and villages in Tharparkar as well as conducting in-house training of its own staff and periodically enabling staff to attend external training processes. After the most fundamental physical needs of water and food, meeting the challenges of human resource development in the region remains the most critical task.
